As a BDR, you'll play a key role in identifying high-quality opportunities through research and outreach, generating a strong pipeline, and ensuring only the most qualified leads move forward. What You'll Do * Identify and qualify high-value prospects with a true hunter mindset. * Consistently meet or exceed meeting and pipeline generation quotas. * Communicate complex, technical solutions to sophisticated buyers. * Collaborate effectively across teams and partner channels to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 0-1 year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative, or relevant internship experience. * Strong collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed or remote sales environment. Ability to uncover customer pain points and connect solutions to business value. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
