Company: Filos Health Laboratory Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (DFW) & surrounding areas About Us: Filos Health Laboratory is a precision diagnostics company committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered lab services, including mobile phlebotomy and advanced clinical testing. We serve several patients annually and partner with clinics, concierge physicians, and specialty providers to improve access to care. We're growing fast--and we're seeking driven, self-motivated medical sales representatives to help expand our presence. Position Summary: As a Medical Sales Representative (1099), you will generate leads, set up and attend appointments, close new accounts, and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers. You'll be compensated per signed account and receive a commission on all ongoing revenue from accounts you bring in. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and engage new healthcare clients (clinics, concierge physicians, wellness centers, etc.) * Set up and attend meetings to present Filos Health's lab and phlebotomy services * Follow up with prospects and close new accounts * Build and maintain client relationships * Represent Filos Health professionally and communicate our value clearly * Track mileage, meetings, and revenue associated with your efforts Compensation: * Revenue Share: Ongoing percentage of revenue from clients you bring in Ideal Candidate: * Experience in sales (preferably healthcare, diagnostics, or B2B services) * Self-starter who can manage time and appointments independently * Excellent communication and follow-up skills * Familiarity with DFW and ability to travel locally for appointments * Reliable transportation and ability to track mileage Perks: * Flexible schedule (you control when and how you work) * High earning potential through performance * Residual income from the accounts you bring in * Work with a mission-driven, growing healthcare company To Apply: Send your resume to [please apply online] with a short note on why you're interested.
