Job Summary Overview For this position you will be required to stand inside of the Costco location at a designated kiosk and speak to members passing by the kiosk. Your goal will be to schedule free in-home estimates to upgrade/install new heating & cooling systems. This job requires standing for a 5-6 hour shift. Applicants should be comfortable speaking face-to-face. You are required to generate a minimum of 1 lead per shift. Applicant must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the San Dimas Costco location. Background check is also required. You will receive an hourly wage plus commission and Bonuses. Responsibilities: - Generate appointments by speaking with members inside of Costco - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and promote our products/services - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues - Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and scheduling appointments - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in Centah system Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers We offer competitive compensation, including hourly pay plus commission.
