About the Role We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead (Independent Contractor) to design and execute growth strategies across our network of medspas. This role is structured as a 90-day pilot with quarterly renewals based on performance. The Growth Lead will work directly with leadership to deliver measurable results, but will operate independently with full control over methods, tools, and schedule. Scope & Autonomy * Provide growth strategy, program management, training, and deliverables across all locations. * Operate independently: set your own tools, methods, and schedule. * Deliver outputs based on agreed milestones. * This role does not supervise employees or make HR decisions (e.g., schedules, reviews, discipline). Key Deliverables * Growth Plan per location (offers, channels, landing pages, lifecycle design). * Weekly KPI dashboard for each location. * Experiment pipeline: Minimum 3 growth tests per week, with hypotheses, owners, and results. * Playbooks & scripts: PCC conversion, rebook strategies, products and membership upsell. * Training & enablement: 1-2 coaching sessions every two weeks for PCCs and injectors (recommendations only; managers implement with staff). Collaboration Model * Two primary contacts: Ariel and Martin. * Growth Lead provides work plans & coaching. * Managers assign tasks to staff and approve changes to scripts/schedules. KPIs & Targets (Monthly, per location) * Bookings (MoM): +8-12% from baseline * Gross Income (MoM): +5-10% from baseline * Show Rate: +8-12% from baseline * Rebook Rate: +8-12% from baseline * Membership Sign-ups: +10-20% Baseline = median of last 2 -3 months; excludes one-off promos or price changes unless specified. Measurement & Reporting * Bookings = scheduled visits that show (exclude cancels/no-shows). * Gross income = collected revenue by location. * Weekly reporting, monthly reconciliation, and flagging anomalies (capacity limits, PTO, price changes). Compensation * Monthly Retainer: $3,000 to $5,000 (upon invoice). * Performance Bonus: * $500 if 80%+ of locations achieve Bookings +10% MoM (that show) , OR * $500 if network-wide growth hits Gross +7% MoM or Membership +15% MoM (non-canceled sign-ups). * Contractor covers own expenses, tools, and subcontractors unless pre-approved. Contractor Status * Independent contractor role. * No authority to hire, fire, discipline, or evaluate employees. * No setting of staff schedules.
