Job Overview We are hiring a Growth Partner ISA to help us expand our real estate ecosystem across Lee County and beyond. This role is for someone who: * Loves talking to people * Is confident on the phone * Can build relationships quickly * Is organized and consistent Compensation: * $2,000 monthly base * 5% commission on closed deals * Growth bonuses available What you will do daily: * Call our database * Call expired listings and FSBOs * Call property owners and investors * Call premier partner prospects * Set appointments for leadership * Track calls, notes, and follow-ups Requirements: * Strong phone skills * Real estate experience preferred * Must be organized and coachable * Must follow scripts and systems * Must be hungry, consistent, and professional This is not a side hustle.
