Overview

We are hiring a Growth Partner ISA to help us expand our real estate ecosystem across Lee County and beyond. This role is for someone who:

• Loves talking to people
• Is confident on the phone
• Can build relationships quickly
• Is organized and consistent

Compensation

:

• $2,000 monthly base
• 5% commission on closed deals
• Growth bonuses available What you will do daily:
• Call our database
• Call expired listings and FSBOs
• Call property owners and investors
• Call premier partner prospects
• Set appointments for leadership
• Track calls, notes, and follow-ups

Requirements

:

• Strong phone skills
• Real estate experience preferred
• Must be organized and coachable
• Must follow scripts and systems
