We are hiring an inside Sales Agent and we're looking for experienced, high-energy individuals that want to learn, provide exceptional customer service, and be a part of a growing organization. A general understanding of finances and phone sales experience is required. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity after in-person training. We are hiring in Orange County California. Duties and Responsibilities Consult with customers over the phone and review their options * Consult with customers over the phone and review their options * Consultative approach, quick thinking, courage to speak up honestly and confidently about their situation and options * No cold calling - only warm inbound leads from our marketing generation. * Work leads daily through outbound calls and emails * Electronic agreement processing * Manage lead pipeline - strong and consistent lead follow up * Effectively manage your schedule and lead database to ensure metrics and goals are met. * Diligently notate client calls/notes, and update customer status * Enroll qualified clients in FCDR's program * Follow all compliance regulation requirements What We're Looking For: * We're Proudly offering remote work from home options for this role based in California, after a 1-2 week training in Office * Debt Settlement sales experience is required * Bilingual Speakers is a plus(English & Spanish) * Competitiveness and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, sales environment and meet or exceed weekly, monthly & quarterly sales goals. * Excellent communicator and a good listener. * Must be enthusiastic, dependable, and a team player. * Solid experience with computers, data entry, multi-tasking, and attention to detail * We have a positive-minded group looking to grow and are interested in like-minded people. * Ability to field a high volume of calls and work well under pressure. Comfortable handling highly emotional clients. * Experience in financial services sales is a plus, but not a requirement. * Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment * Remote work: Reliable High-speed Internet with wired connection - no Wifi (we supply computer equipment) * Strong attendance during training and on-the-job training required (First 2 months on the job) This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined in a remote environment, confident discussing finances, and comfortable guiding clients through difficult conversations while maintaining compliance and integrity.
