Required Experience * Previous management experience (automotive preferred) * Car sales experience (dealership environment) * Bilingual: English & Spanish (required) Huge Plus (Not Required, But Highly Valued): * Car financing / lender submissions * Dealer Center (or similar DMS) experience * CRM experience * Understanding of dealership operations & compliance What You'll Be Responsible For * Overseeing day-to-day dealership operations * Supporting and improving sales execution & follow-up * Assisting with financing, paperwork, and deal flow * Managing systems, organization, and accountability * Helping the owner scale the business through better execution This role touches sales, operations, and growth -- you won't be boxed into one lane.
