As a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) with Southeastern Equipment , you're not just selling parts and service you're providing real-world solutions to the heroes of construction and infrastructure. You'll be the go-to partner for our customers, keeping their equipment running and their jobs moving. What You'll Do As a PSSR, you'll own your territory and act as a trusted advisor for customers. You'll: * Build and grow relationships by visiting customers on-site * Sell solutions from OEM/aftermarket parts to service contracts, inspections, extended warranties, and more * Provide post-sale follow-up and limited technical support * Identify new business opportunities and bring dormant accounts back to life * Share the latest tools, technology, and promotions that help your customers succeed * Represent Southeastern's commitment to service, integrity, and performance _ "You're not just selling you're helping business pros win every day."_ How You'll Succeed * Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets * Log daily customer visits and interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) * Track and close sales opportunities * Generate leads for equipment sales and long-term contracts * Stay current on products, services, and tech solutions Your Toolkit * Strong communication skills you're confident talking to anyone, anywhere * A self-starter attitude you're motivated, organized, and results-focused * Technical interest or mechanical aptitude (don't worry, we train too!) * 4+ years of experience in sales, service, or parts (preferred) * High School Diploma or GED (required); Technical or College Degree a plus * Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your territory Your Territory This is a field-based role with 80% travel in your assigned area. Most travel is within 1 to 2 hours of your home branch. You may attend occasional overnight training or vendor events. The Physical Side You'll be on job sites, around big machines, and in the field.
