As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchase of vehicles, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities. * Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper presentation. * Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. * Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using dealership software. * Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle releases. Experience * Previous experience in automotive sales or outside sales is preferred. * Strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. * Proficiency in inventory control processes is a plus. * Familiarity with CRM software or other sales management tools is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette are essential. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy environment.
