Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Energy Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties * Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective customers, promoting energy solutions including Gas and other renewable options * Engage with potential clients through outside sales techniques, building rapport and understanding their energy needs * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively * Present product features and benefits clearly, demonstrating technical knowledge of energy systems and solar solutions * Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for community outreach and lead generation * Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing accurate information and follow-up support * Assist in developing leadership skills by mentoring new team members as you gain experience Qualifications * Strong interest in energy sales, renewable energy, or technical sales fields * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach * Ability to work independently in outdoor environments and handle rejection professionally * Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer service best practices * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and achieving sales goals * Prior experience in solar sales or energy-related industries is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for all new hires Job Type: Full-time Pay: $54,783.89 - $65,976.30 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule * Opportunities for advancement * Paid training * Professional development assistance * Referral program People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
