Full description of the position

Position Summary This role is responsible for driving new B2B revenue by prospecting, developing, and expanding client relationships. You will act as a consultative partner to customers--identifying business challenges, recommending tailored solutions across hardware, software, and services, and managing accounts through the full sales lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Build and grow a pipeline of net-new B2B accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory planning * Selling both office equipment and SaaS solutions including Cyber. * Manage and expand existing client relationships through regular business reviews, strategic recommendations, and ongoing consultation * Evaluate customer needs and design customized solutions leveraging the company's full portfolio of products and services * Own the sales process end-to-end: discovery, solution design, proposal, pricing, contract execution, and post-sale follow-up * Partner closely with clients at multiple levels of the organization to ensure long-term value and retention * Meet or exceed defined sales objectives set by Sales and Branch Leadership * Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and account data in the company CRM * Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with personal and company goals * Prepare pricing, credit terms, contracts, and delivery timelines; coordinate internal resources as needed * Complete required reporting, expense tracking, and administrative tasks * Participate in initial and ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness * Travel throughout assigned territory as required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Polished, professional presence with strong consultative selling skills * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills * Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently * Strong work ethic with high integrity and attention to detail * Commitment to continuous professional development Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum of four (4) years of B2B sales experience * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
