Position: HVAC Service Technician Purpose: To provide exceptional HVAC service while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety standards. Expectations: * Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism. * Perform full system maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Handle refrigerants and complete part replacements. * Maintain detailed documentation of work performed. * Communicate effectively with customers about system conditions and recommendations. * Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. * Engage in continuous education and training opportunities. Job Requirements: * Must be 24 years or older. * Possess a valid driver's license. * Clear a background check. * Hold an EPA Universal certification. * OSHA 10 certification for new construction. * Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
