Job Description: Aireco Supply is looking for an HVAC Wholesale Outside Sales Representative for the Baltimore MD area. We are seeking applicants who are energetic, self- motivated, independent decision makers and demonstrate exceptional problem- solving skills. Job Functions: * Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques. * To develop new and grow existing contractor accounts in the territory * Develop territory plan and goals in partnership with Sales Manager, Branch Manager and inside sales team. * Skill in building and maintaining long term customer relationships * Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to grow business while maintaining margin targets * Ability to successfully position products and services as a strategic advantage to customers. * Work closely with branches, inside sales & manufactures representatives * Prepare monthly sales reports of all targeted contractors in territory. * Support all contractor development training needs.
