Job Overview We here at district 18 of Southern California are seeking an organized and results driven sales Service and support manager. This role will be responsible for building the knowledge base of our agents and staff while building your own knowledge base to stay on top of a dynamic industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Insurance sales, marketing and underwriting to be able to share that knowledge in an effective and compelling way to ultimately drive top line results. Responsibilities * Quickly Learn multiple rating and underwriting systems to empower new agents and staff to succeed * Address Customer Concerns and work to retain customers with effective Problem solving * Plan, Execute and Drive results through communication, training and management plans developed independently and executed in coordination with others * Manage multiple projects via phone email and in person communication * Collaborate with a team . * Support customer acquisition and retention campaigns * Pivot to sales opportunities by identifying customer exposures provide product Recommendations Requirements * Strong communication skills and the ability to influence. * Flexible and Dynamic application of knowledge. * Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. * Strong command over technology in the Microsoft suite and the ability to learn and teach new and existing tools. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment. * A passion for staying current with the latest sales techniques and tools * Farmers Insurance Sales Experience and history of success is a plus If you are ready to take your management career to the next level and make a significant impact within our organization, we encourage you to apply!
