What You'll Do

: Meet with homeowners to understand their electrical needs and assess the site Create professional project quotes using advanced quoting tools Follow up and close deals quickly, your speed equals your success Perform small to medium electrical jobs yourself; hand off larger projects to our skilled crew Coordinate project handoffs with our operations team to ensure smooth execution Hit weekly sales goals and get paid accordingly Stay up-to-date on industry standards and new technologies to stay ahead

What You Bring

: Proven experience in residential electrical work (required) Sales experience with a track record of closing deals (preferred) Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients Self-motivation and organizational skills, you follow up and follow through Valid electrician certification and licensing Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (company vehicle provided after ramp-up) Performance Expectations: Sell $20,000-$30,000+ in projects each week Run 20+ homeowner appointments per week (leads provided) Maintain a closing rate of 33% or higher Submit quotes within 24 hours of property visits Our Core Values: Winners Only - We strive for top performance in every role 1% Better Every Day - Consistent improvement drives long-term success Blame Yourself First - We take ownership and lead with accountability All for One, One for All - We succeed together by supporting each other Learners Are Earners - We invest in personal and professional growth
