Inside Sales Representative - High-Performance Lead Generator & Closer Wholesale Quartz Countertops & Best Priced Flooring Co Location: Tempe, AZ (On-Site) Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Saturday, 9:30 AM-2:00 PM Compensation: $16/hour base + uncapped commissions About the Companies Wholesale Quartz Countertops and Best Priced Flooring Co are fast-growing, locally owned home-improvement brands based in Tempe, Arizona. The Opportunity This is not a customer service role and not an order-taking position. We are hiring a results-focused Inside Sales Representative who can generate opportunities, control follow-up, and close. Income growth is tied directly to effort, consistency, and conversion. What You'll Be Responsible For * Lead Generation: Proactively handling inbound inquiries and re-engaging aged leads through outbound calls, texts, and emails * Closing & Conversion: Qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals or booking qualified appointments * Follow-Up Mastery: Turning "not ready yet" into committed buyers through structured, persistent follow-up * Quoting & Proposals: Preparing and sending accurate, professional quotes * CRM Discipline: Maintaining clean, accurate pipeline records * Customer Experience: Confidently guiding customers through the buying process * Showroom & Event Support: Assisting walk-ins and representing the brand at select events Income & Growth Potential * Base Pay: $16/hour * Commission: Uncapped, performance-based * Earnings Ranges: * Average performers: $70K -$85K/year * Top performers: $95K -$138K/year This role rewards production and consistency--not tenure.
