Job Overview We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Healthcare Marketer / Account Executive to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, driving growth, and representing healthcare services with professionalism and impact. You will take full ownership of relationship management within your assigned facilities while actively identifying new opportunities for growth. This hybrid role requires frequent travel, in-person visits, and hands-on engagement with facility leadership teams, clinicians, and administrative staff. Duties * Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand client base through targeted outreach. * Develop and manage strong relationships with facility leaders, including Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and Medical Directors. * Conduct regular Reviews of Services for assigned clients and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal/external operations. * Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and expand referral pipelines through daily account visits. * Promote diagnostic services to increase utilization and revenue. * Resolve on-site issues such as billing concerns, training needs, operational challenges, and clinical questions. * Represent the organization at industry conferences, regional meetings, and local networking events. * Maintain accurate prospect lists, track personnel changes, and gather competitive intelligence. Experience * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum one year of experience in community relations, healthcare, or related field preferred. * Sales, marketing, or clinical experience strongly preferred--especially with skilled nursing, long-term care, medical diagnostics, or similar healthcare segments. * Proven track record of increasing sales, revenue, or territory growth. * Strong ROI-based selling knowledge is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. * Proficiency with basic computer and CRM tools. * Must be comfortable driving to different facilities in your personal vehicle. * High degree of initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
