Role Overview This is a quota-carrying Account Executive role designed for experienced dental sales professionals with an existing book of business. You will be assigned one or more major metropolitan markets based on your prior experience, relationships, and specialty knowledge. Your responsibility is to expand Patient Profit's presence by leveraging established dentist and practice-owner relationships to close high-value dental marketing engagements. This is not an entry-level role and not transactional selling. You will sell complex, revenue-driven growth solutions tied directly to patient volume, case acceptance, and practice profitability. This role is built for professionals who already understand how dentists evaluate risk, ROI, and long-term partnerships. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to their assigned market. Work Structure & Travel This is a field-based role with flexible work location. * You may work from a home office when not meeting with practices * Travel expectations are up to approximately 25% of working time , primarily for: * In-office practice meetings * Local market visits * Industry events and conferences There is no daily office requirement , but this role requires consistent in-person relationship building within your assigned market. Key Responsibilities * Leverage an existing book of dental relationships to generate qualified opportunities * Execute a market-specific sales strategy aligned to local practice dynamics * Engage dentists, practice owners, and operators in consultative growth discussions * Clearly position Patient Profit's fully in-house execution model as a long-term competitive advantage * Sell business outcomes --patient growth, case acceptance, and revenue--not marketing tactics * Develop custom growth plans based on specialty mix, market competition, and practice goals * Conduct in-office presentations, virtual strategy sessions, and executive-level discussions * Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting * Expand accounts through renewals, upsells, and multi-location opportunities * Build regional credibility through referrals and professional relationships Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) * 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience * 2+ years selling directly to dental practices or dentists * Active book of business or established relationships with dentists or dental practice owners * Demonstrated success closing high-value, consultative engagements * History of consistent above-quota performance * Bachelor's degree * Ability to travel locally within assigned markets Applicants without prior dental sales experience or existing dentist relationships will not be considered.
