Responsibilities * Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls and in-person interactions to generate sales opportunities. * Manage and develop a comprehensive sales pipeline for used vehicle inventory, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer engagement. * Conduct high-end sales negotiations to close deals effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and streamline the sales process. * Upsell additional products or services such as warranties or accessories to maximize dealership revenue. * Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new customers. * Maintain professional communication skills including phone etiquette and presentation skills during all customer interactions. * Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and expanding market reach. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements * Proven experience in automobile sales and dealership experience. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual capabilities (preferred but not required). * Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing sales deals. * Knowledge of automotive industry trends, inventory control, retail math, and basic math skills. * Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
