As a Carlos Bakery Retail Sales Associate , your role is to ensure a positive customer experience by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members. Schedule: Open availability required Monday-Sunday, 7:00AM-Midnight Potential to grow into a full-time role We're seeking two friendly and experienced Retail Associates with a passion for hospitality and baked goods. Requirements : * 2+ years of experience in cashiering, retail, or barista roles * Strong customer service and communication skills * Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities : * Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism * Operate POS/register and make coffee/espresso drinks * Restock displays and maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
