What You 'll Do: * Acquire new commercial clients for landscape and snow services. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Generate and qualify leads through networking and outreach. * Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service. * Use industry software (LMN a plus) to manage sales activities. * Meet annual sales targets of $2 million in new business plus enhancements. What We 're Looking For: * 3+ years commercial sales experience in landscape or snow industries. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Proficient with industry software; LMN experience a plus. * Self-motivated, growth-oriented team player. * Equal focus on landscape and snow services.
