Position Overview We are adding Field Representatives to support our outreach and customer service efforts. This position involves engaging with homeowners, explaining available upgrade options, and connecting them with our project specialists. Key Responsibilities * Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods * Share information about available window upgrade programs * Schedule evaluations for interested customers * Maintain accurate notes and track daily activity * Work toward weekly goals * Use a smartphone for basic reporting * Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle Compensation & Benefits * Training pay available * Weekly base pay available when activity expectations are met * Performance-based incentives offered * Weekly pay schedule * Advancement pathways available (setter -> closer roles) Who Succeeds in This Role * Friendly, reliable, and professional communicators * Individuals comfortable working independently * People interested in building long-term sales skills * Those open to coaching and development * Prior experience is helpful but not required Locations Hiring We are currently hiring for Medford, Oregon.
