medspa Sales Representative - Hourly + Uncapped Commission Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Beauty Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in our premium line of packaging and skincare products. This unique role combines the security of a guaranteed hourly wage with the high earning potential of uncapped commission on product sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and product consultations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Performance * Actively engage customers on the sales floor, initiating conversations to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable package and skincare from our exclusive line. * Consistently meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (quota) to maximize commission earnings. * Conduct live product demonstrations and personalized consultations (e.g., color matching, skincare routines) to drive sales volume. * Stay educated and up-to-date on all product knowledge, current industry trends, and competitor offerings. Customer Experience & Service * Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction. * Manage client profiles and follow up with customers via phone, email, or digital channels to inform them of new products, promotions, and special events. * Handle customer transactions accurately, including processing sales, exchanges, and returns. Operations & Merchandising * Ensure the sales floor, product displays, and personal work area are clean, organized, and professionally merchandised at all times. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving, processing, and restocking new products. * Participate in required product training, team meetings, and special store events. Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of previous retail sales or customer-facing experience is required; prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is highly preferred. * Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment. * Knowledge: Genuine passion for the beauty industry and demonstrated knowledge of current cosmetic and skincare application techniques. * Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak holiday periods.
