Job Overview District 36 Farmers Insurance is hiring for our Insurance Sales Mentorship Program a full-time, paid training opportunity for driven, entrepreneurial- minded individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside an experienced Farmers agent, receive one-on-one mentorship, and gain real-world sales experience while following a structured development plan. This role is the first step in a professional track that can lead to future agency-level career opportunities within the Farmers Insurance network. After one year of service under an agent and $100,000 in premium sales, you will then be eligible to open your own Farmers Insurance Agency. No capital requirement. Can answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively. * Successfully complete Protege Training Program. * Insurance Sales experience preferred Responsibilities In this role as an Insurance Agent Mentorship Program, your responsibilities will include: * Build client relationships and help individuals and families protect what matters most * Learn to quote, sell, and service policies across auto, home, life, and commercial lines * Contribute to office sales goals * Gain real experience in marketing, sales, and client retention * Train toward becoming a fully licensed agency owner and future agency leader * Staying updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients. * Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in handling customer information.
