Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Understand and evaluate the needs of each customer to recommend appropriate vehicles. * Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features. * Build and maintain a strong knowledge of available inventory, current sales promotions, and financing options. * Negotiate terms of sale and facilitate the paperwork required to close deals. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage return business and referrals. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about automotive products and industry trends. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
