Sales Associate -- Corethentic Lagree (Part-Time) Hourly Pay: $12-$13 Location: In-Person | Corethentic Lagree Studio Expected Hours: Minimum 15 -20 hours/week Position Overview: Corethentic Lagree is seeking a friendly, driven Sales Associate to join our front desk team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current members -- helping introduce new clients to the Lagree method while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting studio operations. No Lagree or fitness experience is required -- we're looking for someone with great energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for health and wellness. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist all clients and guests entering the studio * Represent Corethentic Lagree with professionalism and enthusiasm * Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins * Conduct studio tours and sales presentations to convert leads into members * Promote and sell memberships, class packages, retail items, and private sessions * Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with clients * Schedule appointments and manage client information using studio software * Support daily studio operations, including class check-ins and light cleaning * Participate in studio events and local marketing initiatives as needed * Take initiative in developing product knowledge and sales techniques * Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk environment * On-sites to promote our brand and educate potential members * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Prior sales or customer service experience preferred * Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor * Comfortable speaking with new people and presenting services * Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure * Goal-oriented and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets * Proficient in basic computer tasks and software (training provided) * Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours * Access to reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check Perks: * Flexible part-time schedule * Free or discounted Lagree classes * Fun, supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced boutique fitness brand Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
