Sales Executive - New Home Construction Location: Southern California Los Angeles County and Orange County Position Summary: We are a well-established residential construction firm seeking a Sales Executive to expand new home construction opportunities throughout Southern California. This role is focused on originating work through professional relationships, with particular emphasis on architects and engineers involved in residential design and development. The position requires a proven ability to build trust, navigate long sales cycles, and influence projects at the design and preconstruction stage. This is an outside sales role suited for a professional who understands how residential construction projects are conceived, approved, and awarded. Primary Responsibilities: Generate new home construction opportunities within the assigned territory Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants Position the company as a preferred construction partner during early project discussions Identify qualified prospects and advance opportunities through contract execution Coordinate with internal estimating and operations teams to support proposals Maintain accurate reporting of activity and pipeline status Represent the company professionally within the residential construction community Required Qualifications Minimum three years of professional sales experience Demonstrated success building relationships with architects and engineers Strong understanding of relationship-based selling Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly organized, self-directed, and performance driven Valid driver license and ability to travel within Los Angeles and Orange County Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
