Key Responsibilities : * Proactively engage and close sales in a retail setting using customer-tailored strategies, both independently and within a team. * Navigate daily negotiations, applying tact and persuasion to ensure customer satisfaction and company success. * Manage multiple customers simultaneously with excellent time management and customer prioritization skills. * Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including daily opening/closing duties and inventory tracking.
