Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sales Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face and reliable support for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with sales processes, and provide vital administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly. This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth and to be hired on permanently through the company. Must be bilingual in Eng/Spanish Shift: 8am-4:30pm M-F Payrate: $18 ph Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with product information, inquiries, and purchase decisions to enhance their experience. * Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring quick and efficient service. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales or support. * Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining customer records, and preparing reports to streamline daily operations. * Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, assisting with restocking, and organizing product displays. * Respond promptly to customer questions via phone, email, or in person, providing clear and helpful information. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall customer service quality. * Assist in scheduling appointments or meetings as needed to support team activities and client engagements. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes clients feel valued. * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to clearly convey information and build rapport. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage administrative tasks efficiently. * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. * Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and point-of-sale systems.
