About Menspro Health We are a specialty men's health clinic dedicated to helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life through personalized treatment programs. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Inside Sales Representative / Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, thrives in a consultative sales environment, and is comfortable balancing both in-person consultations and high-volume outbound calls.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Rep/Treatment Plan Coordinator plays a key role in supporting patients through every step of their journey. This position has two primary functions:
- New Patient Consultations: Meet with new patients during their initial consultation appointments in the clinic. Through a consultative, non-pressured approach, educate patients on available treatment options and guide them toward the best plan for their needs.
- Patient Retention & Outreach: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to patients with treatment plans that are nearing expiration, ensuring continuity of care, answering questions, and assisting with renewals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations with new patients, explaining treatment options and building personalized care plans.
- Approach each consultation with empathy, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset while meeting sales and conversion goals.
- Make a high volume of outbound retention calls to patients whose treatment plans are expiring, educating them on renewal options and encouraging continuity of care.
- Track and manage patient interactions using CRM and clinic systems to ensure accurate records.
- Build lasting relationships with patients by providing excellent service, follow-up, and support.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals related to consultation conversions, patient retention, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, consultative sales, or patient care coordination strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable with a structured sales process while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in CRM software and basic computer systems. What We Offer

Benefits
