Working as a key member of our team, the Automotive Consultant is responsible for creating a world-class experience for every visitor to our showroom. The Automotive Consultant is a well-informed adviser who is extremely knowledgeable about vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety, and features/benefits. Our Automotive Consultants confidently present new and pre-owned vehicles in an exciting and highly informative fashion. They maintain an ongoing relationship with our clients to promote long-term satisfaction and loyalty. The Automotive Consultant position plays a vital role in the dealership's commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests. Compensation for entry-level Automotive Consultants is based upon a guaranteed salary, with the potential to earn significant additional income through volume-based bonuses. The pay plan is designed to provide stable income to those candidates interested in the auto industry but wary of compensation plans based solely on sales commissions.
