Location: Office Type: Full-time | 8am - 5pm Salary: Up to $105, 000 per year About Us: LNG Holding is a fast-growing, asset-based logistics and transportation company founded in 2019. With a fleet of 150+ trucks and a rapidly expanding national network, we're known for reliability, speed, and transparent service. We're looking for a Client Acquisition Manager with mandatory U.S. logistics experience -- someone who understands freight, knows how to build scalable systems, and consistently brings in profitable business. If you can identify opportunities, open new accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and optimize sales processes, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Sales Duties: * Identify and close new business opportunities with shippers, brokers, and logistics partners. * Develop profitable lanes and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Lead negotiations and finalize rate agreements. * Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and ensure accurate data entry. * Represent LNG Holding at industry events, online platforms, and customer meetings. Technical & Analytical Responsibilities: * Work with load boards, freight marketplaces, and internal TMS to identify opportunities. * Analyze market rates, lane profitability, seasonal trends, and customer volume. * Coordinate with Dispatch to match capacity with customer demand. * Track KPIs, forecasts, quotes, and negotiations. * Monitor competitor activity and propose strategic improvements. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sales, brokerage, or business development -- required. * Strong understanding of U.S. trucking industry, freight types, and market dynamics. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Confident English (B2+) -- any additional language is a plus. * Proactive, independent, and result-driven personality.
