Long Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is looking for candidates to join our Sales Team in our Residential Division! This position is territory based and appointments will be assinged in the territory of Baltimore County, Maryland. As a Territory Sales Associate you will be responsible for meeting with customers at their homes. All customers havepre-scheduled appointments. You will meet with customers to show them all of our products. Our products include a variety of fencing styles: decks, patios, porches, gates, sun-rooms, gazebos, and much more. Long Fence offers:

Requirements

:

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule, including Saturday's.
• Superior customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ambitious, self-motivated individuals who want to join a winning team.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus! This position is full-time, exempt. Hours will be based on appointments scheduled Monday-Saturday.

Compensation

includes base plus commission. The minimum compensation for this position is $59,000.00 annually. The maximum compensation for this position is $135,000.00 annually.
