Full description of the position

Dynamic Manufacturing Wholesale Firm is looking for an experienced Sales Assistant 15 hours /week Sales Support:

• Provide support to Sales Manager and Account Managers in achievement of sales targets and goals
• Timely response to all internal and external queries
• Accurate and timely preparation of quotations using order forms and other applications as necessary
• Assist with sales proposal preparation as needed
• Maintain order forms, enter new products and update pricing as needed
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with suppliers
• Preparation of Customer price lists and distribution
• Ensure quality customer service both wholesale clients and inquiries
• Apply strategic customer relationships that exceed customers' expectations
• Assist Account Managers with account planning updates, follow up and track orders
• Provide escalation point for backorder issues and order fulfilment queries
• Attend trade and customer events where relevant
• Source, quote and supply product to achieve maximum competitive advantage and revenue to the company and understand suppliers of preference
• Office 365 knowledgeable, strong Excel skills a plus! Administration and Customer Service:
• Possess an excellent understanding of all relevant stock levels and work with Logistics & Warehouse team to have stock allocated effectively
• Ensure all customer orders and details are noted for order process accuracy
• General administrative duties, including set up and organization of offices and clean-up as necessary
• Problem solving including resolving any delays, sending incorrect items or any customer related issues Additional

• Represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
