The Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing created client accounts, providing exceptional service, and building long-term relationships with merchants. Tasks include generating leads, offering customized solutions to meet client needs, and tracking sales performance. * Qualifications * Sales and Client Relationship Management skills * Strong Communication and Negotiation skills * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets * Experience in the merchant services or financial industry is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * Compensation * Pay for Performance Pay Plan * 50% residuals for the life of every account signed * 1099 role
