Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services * Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy * Apply retail math skills to handle transactions accurately and manage cash register operations * Support supervising staff during busy periods or special promotions when needed * Experience * Prior experience in retail sales, or store environments is preferred * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is essential * Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively * Supervising experience is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are valued * Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base * Strong communication skills Pay: From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
