Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
• Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Apply retail math skills to handle transactions accurately and manage cash register operations
• Support supervising staff during busy periods or special promotions when needed
• Experience
• Prior experience in retail sales, or store environments is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is essential
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively
• Supervising experience is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are valued
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
