The Community Development Advisor is responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services and prearranged funeral/Cremation plans. Are you an experienced telemarketer looking for a role where your phone skills are the key to success? We are seeking driven individuals whose primary responsibility is to set appointments and engage with families over the phone. The Community Development Advisor is responsible for generating pre- need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services and prearranged funeral/Cremation plans. What You 'll Do: * Make outbound calls to generate appointments for pre-need planning services. * Set 10 -12 qualified appointments weekly, tracked in our CRM system. * Follow a proven training plan to master appointment setting and phone engagement. * Maintain accurate records of all activity and follow-up using CRM tools. * Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand with professionalism. * Collaborate with advisors by setting appointments that lead to shared success and commissions. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of professional telemarketing experience. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
