They will prepare quotes and perform closing support for all prospective sales leads. Meet established goals and build relationships with clients. • Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Insurance Sales Experience - REQUIRED
• Must have all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• Must complete continuing education as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• Demonstrate effective presentations skills through both verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Be Genuine & Honest
• Be Customer-oriented
• Be Professional in both scope of knowledge and interaction with Clients.
• Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program.
• No Cold-Calling, warm Leads from Direct Marketing sources will be provided.
• Must build referral sources and maximize leads given.
• Request referrals from existing agency accounts.
