They will prepare quotes and perform closing support for all prospective sales leads. Meet established goals and build relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Be Genuine & Honest * Be Customer-oriented * Be Professional in both scope of knowledge and interaction with Clients. * Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program. * No Cold-Calling, warm Leads from Direct Marketing sources will be provided. * Must build referral sources and maximize leads given. * Request referrals from existing agency accounts.
