The Management Associate is expected to master AT&T sales operations from the ground up before transitioning into a leadership capacity. Get ready to blend high-volume sales production with a keen eye for market trends and team dynamics. Management Associate Responsibilities: * Drive AT&T wireless sales through direct customer engagement and strategic positioning through interactions that emphasize applicable AT&T product and service solutions. * Master the psychology of the sale to consistently hit and exceed individual targets by applying proven techniques, strategies, and needs-based discovery. * Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, competitive trends, and untapped consumer segments to improve sales penetration. * Oversee the end-to-end customer acquisition process for premium wireless services, including lead engagement, enrollment, and follow-ups. * Analyze individual and team sales data to improve personal productivity and develop the problem-solving skills needed for future leadership responsibilities. * Participate in executive-level strategy meetings to contribute insights on customer trends, sales performance, and to discuss brand expansion. * Represent the AT&T brand with exceptional professionalism, resilience, and integrity to serve as a trusted ambassador to our client and company overall. * Develop a deep understanding of back-end operations including inventory and reporting.
