Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers to the store, establishing a friendly and professional rapport. * Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their jewelry preferences, occasions, and budget constraints. * Present and showcase a wide range of jewelry pieces to customers, highlighting their unique features and craftsmanship. * Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed decisions and selecting the ideal jewelry pieces. * Assist customers with custom jewelry designs, working closely with our in-house jeweler to bring their visions to life. * Stay up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends, industry knowledge, and product information to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers. * Conduct sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and processing exchanges or returns as necessary. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets, actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions. * Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that jewelry displays are well-organized, clean, and properly labeled. * Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, price tagging, and conducting regular inventory counts. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail industry. * Passion for jewelry and a solid understanding of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse customers. * Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations. * Detail-oriented with the ability to assess the quality and authenticity of jewelry pieces. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and sales transactions simultaneously. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems. * Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as per store hours and business needs. * A team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the overall success of the store.
