Our club team consists of people passionate about health and fitness who are committed to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They span multiple departments and are responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, fun, friendly environment and helping set the tone for the club experience. Whether interacting with members, assisting operations, maintaining facilities, generating leads, building relationships, or closing deals, these team members play critical roles across nearly all aspects of the business. Opportunities in these different departments range from club staff to sales to maintenance and all the way up to managers, with almost something for everyone in between. The Membership Sales Representative is responsible for educating potential new members about the club's offerings, showcasing amenities, and explaining pricing. They conduct club tours, generate leads, and set appointments to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is persistent, motivated, and resilient, with a strong track record in sales, fitness, retail, customer service, or hospitality management. They should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A Membership Sales Counselor is responsible for generating new memberships, maintaining relationships with current members, and providing exceptional customer service to support the growth and retention of a membership-based organization.
