Job Title: Business Development Specialist Job Type: Part-time Reports To: Director of Adult Recruitment Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify growth opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to Expand the company's customer base and market presence. Travel is required. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities. * Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social media. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. * Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to close. * Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that attract and convert prospects. * Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM systems. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company. * Provide feedback to internal teams to support product development and customer success. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team. * Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of behavioral health is a plus.
