MicroArt is a well-established company with a strong online presence, growing steadily at an average rate of 30% annually over the past 14 years. We have a proven sales funnel and a well- tested closing protocol. The average sales cycle spans just a few days, with typical transactions averaging $10K. This role offers a clear path to earning $100,000-$180,000 per year by helping clients feel confident in their appearance through a highly effective procedure that practically sells itself. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Close hot inbound sales leads over the phone -- 90% of patient consultations are conducted via phone (expect 100+ calls daily). * Consistently close $150K-$300K+ in monthly sales. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * 5+ years of stable experience in B2C consultative phone sales. * Background in plastic surgery or med spa environments (not necessarily in a sales role). * Proficiency with phone-based CRM systems (preferably Zoho or Salesforce), handling 100+ calls per day. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Proven closer with a strong drive to exceed sales goals. * Exceptionally detail-oriented -- able to provide clear, accurate information about our procedures and schedule clients with 100% accuracy. * Comfortable following structured systems and checklists; takes direction well. * Excellent interpersonal skills -- warm, friendly, self-confident, and empathetic.
