What You'll Do * Take inbound client calls and guide them through our consultative process. * Identify needs, recommend tax relief options, and close deals with confidence. * Partner with case managers and leadership to ensure client success. * Hit and exceed performance goals to maximize commissions and bonuses. What You Bring * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Proven ability to close deals or meet sales goals. * Competitive mindset with a positive, coachable attitude. * Comfort using CRM platforms, Word, and Excel. * Previous experience in inside sales, tax relief, debt settlement, or call centers is preferred but not required.
