Shin Imaging Center, a Rezolut Company, is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team! Who is Rezolut & Shin Imaging? Shin Imaging provides a full range of diagnostic imaging services to meet the needs of all patients and referring physicians and utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide the best imaging possible. Essential Functions of a Sales Specialist * Coordinate the sales team and assist with recruiting and training new hires. * Provide product demonstrations to staff and clients and take the lead in resolving complaints. * Analyze sales team performance and schedule training/refresher sessions accordingly. * Conduct market research and share findings with the team. * Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base. * Set sales targets and implementing incentives. * Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources so targets are met. * Manage a network of vendors and suppliers. * Maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encourage the rest of the sales team to follow this example. * Keep up-to-date with advancements in marketing. Required Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in related field, or combination of education and experience. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar. * Valid driver's license. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Ability to think on your feet. * Excellent customer service and leadership skills. * Strong networking abilities. * Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions. * Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people. Preferred Education and Experience * High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.
