SlackBoard sales grew more than 4X year over year in 2024, from $3 million in 2023 to more than $14 million in 2025. One of the critical areas of growth we are focusing on is selling to schools for use in the classroom, during physical education classes and with sports teams. We are looking for a sales manager to focus on growing our sales to schools in 2026 and beyond. What You 'll Do Commercial Segment Growth * Grow sales pipelines in schools * Prospect, outbound, and convert leads * Attend industry trade shows and other live events * Build long-term customer relationships Market Expansion and Strategy * Help us scale into new schools, school districts, etc. * Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities * Build relationships with decision makers: superintendents, teachers, principals, directors, purchasers, managers, coaches and more * Assist in building educational tools that will help our customers be successful with our products Customer Success and Advocacy * Collect testimonials, success stories, and feedback to support future growth. Who You Are * A high energy, self-motivated sales professional with 5+ years of sales experience selling to public and private elementary, middle and high schools, and colleges. * Comfortable with outbound outreach, presentations, travel, networking, and closing deals. * Passionate about wellness, kids, fitness, and emotional and behavioral health. * Entrepreneurial - you love fast moving environments and building things from the ground up. * Excellent communicator with a knack for simplifying and explaining product value. * You are well organized and maintain a detailed, up to date record of progress at all times. * Data driven - you are good with numbers and are well versed programs like Excel. * You are comfortable with using CRM tools to streamline business processes Why Join Us A Category Defining Brand * We are not just selling equipment - we are building an enduring brand that will one day be synonymous with balance and brain training.
