We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing local digital marketing company headquartered in Central PA! The candidate that we select will be responsible for new client acquisition in addition to growing revenue for our firm in Central PA, and the surrounding communities. You will prospect for new clients, resolve customer questions, offer small-mid sized business-based digital marketing solutions, and drive overall company revenue. We are ONLY looking for individuals who are willing to roll up their sleeves and give 110% effort every single day. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment REQUIRED. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Conduct daily B2B prospecting in person, by phone/email/through social media Conduct daily follow-up activities to acquire new company clients and prospects Utilize social media and other digital mediums to engage prospective customers Reach agreed upon monthly sales targets and daily activity goals Resolve customer inquiries Set ongoing follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of our latest developments Create and modify sales material for client review and presentation Attend daily and weekly sales meetings + conduct daily and weekly activity reporting Regular utilization of sales tracking system/CRM. Various other sales-related activities as directed by management. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales is required with a STRONG track record of success Familiarity with CRM platforms and reporting tools Good understanding of MS product suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Good understanding of technology, the world wide web, and social media Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Good understanding of digital marketing-based solutions (online, social, etc) What we offer: Great professional work environment Locally (family) owned and operated Great pay - Multiple compensation programs available.
