Base Salary + Commission & Bonus first year earning potential of $100,000+ * Our top performers total compensation package is up $120,000+ Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Licensing: Must hold a valid Florida 440 or 220 insurance license. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently deliver presentations to clients. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to stay organized and manage time effectively. Responsibilities Sales Goals: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
