We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Floor Manager to lead our sales team and drive dealership success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive automotive sales experience, and a proven track record in managing high-end sales environments. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, developing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Floor Manager will play a critical role in maintaining a motivated sales team, managing inventory, and fostering relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals. * Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes. * Oversee inventory management and control to ensure availability of high-demand vehicles. * Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients. * Conduct B2B sales efforts, including cold calling, outreach, and building strategic partnerships. * Utilize CRM software to monitor customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities. * Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards. * Handle high-end or luxury vehicle sales, including upselling and negotiation with clients. * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with customers both in person and via outbound calls. * Organize public speaking engagements or promotional events to enhance dealership visibility. * Ensure compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Skills * Extensive experience in automotive or retail sales management with a focus on high-end vehicles. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. * Proficiency in CRM software, inventory control systems, and retail math calculations. * Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to upsell effectively. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred for broader customer engagement. * Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities. * Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and developing a robust sales pipeline. * Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and dealership operations. * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. * Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to automotive retail environments.
